Shipping + Returns/Exchanges

Shipping:

All orders typically process and ship out within five (5) business daysSome orders do require extra time to prepare/fulfill, Kind Collective will contact you if there are any unusual delays. 

Return shipping costs to be covered by the customer. Kind Collective is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments; we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Return/Exchange Policy: 
Eligible merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchanged within the 10 days from the stamped date of shipment if the item is in its original condition. Items must be unopened, unused and undamaged with the original packaging/tag. All jewelry, bath, body, fragrance, perfume, and sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. All sale items are final.

Refunds: 

Refunds are issued as a store credit once items are received within the 30 days from the stamped date of shipment. 


Damages:
For items that have been damaged in transit please email orders@kindcollectivehou.com and include pictures of the damage, and pictures of the shipping box help as well. Once we receive your email, we'll determine next steps.  Emails for damages MUST be received within 10 days of delivery date.  Anything received later than that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Stolen Packages:
Currently we ship via USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. We can require a signature for receipt of package, if you would like this please ensure that you email orders@kindcollectivehou.com at the time of your order.
