New at KIND Collective, introducing Osei-Duro, a vibrant experimental fashion company who focuses on producing textiles and garments in Ghana while applying traditional techniques to simple contemporary designs. Effortless and comfy...easy to dress up or down. Your summer days and nights will be filled with color and prints with these standout, one-piece clothing staples. Osei-Duro prioritizes social responsibility and transparency in their projects. Materials are sourced in Ghana and the sewing is done in small workshops while working collaboratively with a wide range of artisans. Direct relationships ensure fair pay and all scraps are used as patchwork or gifted to local artists, schools and quilters. Trendspotting: Osei-Duro. In bold hues and slouchy shapes, these instant outfits have never looked better. Come shop during our regular store hours (Tuesday-Saturday 10 AM-5 PM and Sunday 12-4 PM) to grab these electric looks.
KIND Collective has donated to Restoring Justice and Generation One in the Third Ward to take action in supporting and standing for the black community in Houston. Restoring Justice offers marginalized communities holistic legal support and social services; Generation One provides free, quality, early learning (ages 2-5 years) and community resources. We will continue to take part in a greater and long-term initiative to support these and similar organizations. Declare the change. Work for change. Become the change. Time to band together.
