A new way of consuming is emerging. We want less, but better. Atelior Aliénor launched in 2017 and focuses on handmade espadrilles made with the best French leather. Soft and silky to the touch, the leather is sourced from one of the last tanneries in the southwest region of France. All of the creations were designed to be timeless and made to last through a special technique in craftsmanship that make dreamy durable espadrilles for all seasons. Despite their origin, only 1% of the world's espadrilles are handmade in France. For Laurie Cazaux, founder and CEO of Atelior Aliénor, it became urgent to promote her French heritage and passion for beautiful and well-made things in an ethical, social and environmentally responsible way. Atelior Aliénor works directly with artisans while using a natural fiber (jute) for the entire construction of the sole. From sustainable raw materials to recycled packaging, Atelior Aliénor is constantly trying to do better to preserve our planet through this luxurious espadrille collection.
KIND Collective is proud to host a special two-day Atelior Aliénor Pop Up. Please join us this coming Friday, February 28th from 11 AM-6 PM and Saturday, February 29th from 11 AM-5 PM and pick up some eco-friendly, high-quality French espadrilles just in time for spring. Passionate people, natural materials, handcrafted processes...at Atelior Aliénor they find beauty in authenticity. With our heart and with our hands.
